IA Tips

1. Treat every draft as the final one. This might seem an obvious one but can do wonders if followed religiously. This helps in giving our best and reduces are workload tremendously.

2. Formatting. Oh yes. Spend some time in formatting your document. It makes it look formal and gives the reader a perception that you have spent a lot of efforts in doing your work.

3. Make multiple copies of your work on your desktop.  This is very helpful as this will allow you to brainstorm all your ideas and you will have a collection of all of them. Also, you can have one document of just rough content and another document for final cumulation and presentation.

4. Make easybib your best friend. Citation, as you all know, is very important. Easybib will help you get over this tension smoothly.

5. Write first, edit later. Many times people tend to write and then immediately edit. This just puts us at the risk of forgetting good points due to the fear of missing out on word count. Write first and then later you can edit your statements, rephrase them and remove the fillers.

6. Read as many samples as possible. Also, follow the IA guides religiously. Do this and your score will automatically improve without much change in the content.

Also, a general tip, use Grammarly to get rid of the basic grammar errors.
